Bridgewater Country Club is known for more than just golf. It is also the premiere Fort Erie venue for important events. Our private Dining Room overlooks the 9th and 18th holes and offers an intimate setting for the reception and dinner portion of your wedding. The Dining Room can accommodate up to 50 guests for an elegant sit-down dinner or for a small intimate gathering, our Fireside Room can accommodate up to 20 guests. Looking to celebrate in our banquet facilities, the Banquet Hall can host up to 200 guests. Our outdoor patio overlooking the golf course can accommodate over 100 guests and is an ideal location to host an outdoor cocktail party or a hors d’oeuvres reception.
Bridgewater has been hosting weddings and other events for over 75 years and our culinary team creates menus that incorporate the local harvest to ensure that we have the finest ingredients to provide your guests with a memorable dining experience. We have created a variety of popular menus and can customize a menu to suit your special day and your budget. We offer all types of meal plans, including family style, buffets, food stations, hors d’oeuvres receptions and full dinner services. Some of our more popular suggestions are included in this brochure but in the event you would like a specific menu, our Executive Chef and his culinary team can prepare any menu to suit your needs and expectations. If you require a special meal for any guests that have an allergy or require a vegetarian meal Chef Wayne Purpura and Pasty Chef Morgan Shute can and is more than happy to accommodate.
We can guide you through the booking process, answering all your questions. To accommodate your guests comfortably, we have both round and long banquet tables that seat 8 to 10 guests comfortably. When preparing a quote we show you all the charges. There are no hidden charges.
